That is so funny, I was thinking well he is rather good looking , that Mark McClurg lol I'm sure she is resting up or has plans for the weekend. funny ha! You hoot! Or did she say the whole band  ha! Roger's smile will light up the room!..Monty is way sweet..but not that sweet..I mean as in Manly sweet..Love them all, very professional Guys! she is a hoot for saying that lol. Alan has the BEST Fans! I know how she feels, we all tease about this.

Being like a Mother Hen, I' starting to worry afraid Athlea overdid it, and is ill.  To her daughter, could you let us know how Athlea is please.. She doesn't have to give a review, just tell her experience or just let ius know she is ok.
Thank You so Verry Much! < I edited this to see if you could post how Athlea is>

stronger and will show up on here again with some word of
how you are and how the show went for you. We know Alan's
music and presence did you a world of good.

hello everyone... so sorry about mom not being here sooner, i thought we had put her review on the computer, but it went haywire, so no computer for awhile.  so we didn't know the review hadn't posted. Athlea is doing pretty well right now, she hasn't been so well this summer, but we still talk almost daily about our trip to Alan's concert. ( I am the luckiest girl in the world to have such a sweet and wonderful mother and best friend)  Alan's concerts was one of the greatest things we have done together (we have been to four since she turned 85 and now almost 92 I hope and pray we get the chance again!!)  When it comes to Alan, mom becomes 29 again, she always watches the country charts on tv to see how he is doing.  She will be celebrating her 92nd in OCTOBER, and i know if she could get birthday wishes from all her friends from alan's fan club she would be so happy and ocourse a birthday wish from Alan would just top the cake!!  But I did want to let you know about mom and once again so sorry about the review, I will be with her today and will get a new one ready...  but i can tell everyone we had the greatest time, the greatest concert, and the greatest people....thank everyone for being there for mom, it means the world to both of us...Athlea's daughter

Athlea's daughter... O my gosh!
I am so relieved to see you back here explaining her absence!
Yes, you are truly blessed to have her for both a mother and a friend...
A friend who shares Alan Jackson very well.  ; )

That would be AWEsome if you could collect your thoughts again
and we will pray over her...and the computer as well.

You must come back and check on 'Somebody's' experience once
she gathers her thoughts about his Bangor show this past Fri. nite!!!
It was her First Ever AJ Concert annnd she had a m&g with him!! Oh, My!!!

Yes, I'd be very happy to send Athlea a birthday greeting or card.

Would you want to have them sent directly to her or you?

Another task for Alan's Angels to pray for.  Glad to hear from you and know that your mother is doing ok.  The Angels will be at work for her, and her computer.  Leslie

Thank you all for your support...i will get back with you about her birthday,it will mean so much to her. we are working on the review and hopefully put up some pics from the concert....have been looking at the tour shows, hopefully i will be able to get her to another show of alan's. We had the greatest seats this last time at Charleston WV but to let you know how much she wanted to see alan the first time we didn't get tickets till late and our seats were last row at the tip top of the civic center as she was celebrating her 85th birthday at the time and had heart surgery not long before that...but she climbed all the way and we had a great time!
Thanks for all of Alan's Angels.....Athlea's daughter

Athlea's daughter - thanks so much for letting us know about your Mom.  That is great that you are able to share the concerts with each other.  Let us know about her birthday and we will all be here to wish her a Happy Birthday.  Will be looking forward to reading her review!!
