I was looking through my AJ collection and found a photo of Alan that i got way back in the early 90's.It was signed "Rosemary, Looking foreward to coming 'DOWN UNDER"". Guess he knew way back then he would evevnually get to OZ.. i have sent the photoe to the fan club hoping they will use it in a newsletter or somewhere else..if i knew how to put it in with this message i would but not sure how to do it..

So excited AJ is finally coming to Oz especially Melbourne. I have my ticket already. Not front row but still pretty close. I am so stoked, been loving that man for years. Yeeeee bloody haaaa.
Concert is 4th March and my birthday 8 March, what a brilliant birthday present. Hope I get picked to meet and greet. That would be soooooooo goooooood.
Roll on March.

just seeing who is going to see Alan Jackson on the Thursday night in Brisbane
was going to see if we could meet as a group before have a few drinks and then maybe after have a few more ??

I can only imagine how the excitement is in Australia Just knowing how excited it is for us to see Alan Like we do in the U.S. Can't wait till there concerts begin.. And we start hearing from them how great there shows will be. And don't gorget to let us hear from you all. |

Hi Everyone, And especially you Alan.
With the overwhelming response to your ticket sales in all shows here in Oz, is there anyway you could plan another show here in Townsville, North Queensland? Come for a holiday, see the Great Barrier Reef, absolutely beautiful, great fishing, fresh water swimming holes in our gorgeous mountains, Its the best part of Australia.
Everyone is jumping up and down about your tour and we all love ya so much.

G'day BHR............thank you so much for the information, I shall attempt to change it sometime today............I am an avid country music fan and I have a number of favourites in particular Alan Jackson, Vince Gill, George Strait, Reba and Buddy Jewell and here in Australia Troy Cassar-Daley...........I had the chance to go to Nashville a few years ago to celebrate my 50th and I was so excited that I got to see Buddy Jewell and a number of others at the Grand Ole Opry.....it was awesome..........and I also done that tour of the stars home and was so blowin away by the size of Alan Jackson beautiful home......so big!!!
I am so excited about getting 3rd row, i will be attending with my brother and his wife, we are all crazy made AJ fans and they were just as nervous as me when i bought the tickets............I am going to get in contact with Dee and Jenny and hope that we can meet each other.
I'm also planning another trip to Nashville for next year, during the Country Music Festival in June.........do you got to that festival?. I have a friend that is a country music singer who lives in Nashville, his name is Troy Lee Coombs.........he has been out here to Australia a few times and has attended our Tamworth Country Music Festival trying to establish a name here in Australia.............well thank you again and hope to talk with you soon........Jedda

Was surprised to find tickets for auction on ebay by someone stating he/she obtained tickets through AJ FAN CLUB PRESALE..sure wish Ebay would stop people from ticket overpricing concert tickets..
I actually recieved my concert tickets in the mail yesterday andnow have to find somewhere safe to put them for the next 5 months..

That's a coincidence my birthday is the 8th as well. This concert has me feeling like a kid around christmas time again.
