CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS VIDEO!!!

Zac Brown Band's Clay Cook Battens Down the Hatches
September 2, 2010; Written by Clay Cook

Zac Brown Band's Clay CookThings are moving along famously. Our tour with the Wood Brothers & Casey Driessen was a smashing success -- at least to us. It was an honor to be playing every night with those guys. Every musician on stage was a pleasure to work with. We're really looking forward to recreating some of those moments with them on the Sailing Southern Ground cruise. Dramamine is imminent as the trip is drawing nigh. Most meteorologists are supposing that Hurricane Earl will move up the East coast and miss our destinations entirely. (Insert knocking on wood here.) Rocky seas can make a giant boat like that an obstacle course and make most folks rather sick, but we're going either way. Hold on tight. We're actually very excited about bringing this lineup to a sailing party. Über-psyched! I'll update you after it's over for those unable to attend.

We just finished shooting the video for "As She's Walking Away." It was pretty surreal to walk into Dixie Tavern and see Alan Jackson. I think I had a dream that started like that once. Pretty sure I ended up flying magic-carpet style in an old Ford Model T over the city. This particular day did not end like that. All we got was a cool video. Can't wait for you to see it. Every time I hear this new album I well up with pride. I can honestly say that it is the best thing that I've ever done or been a part of. I can't wait for the world to hear it. The hope is that every one who hears it is impacted as much as I am. I guess you could say that I'm now a huge fan of Zac Brown Band. Not that I wasn't before, I just realize it now.

Yours,
Clay Cook

Well is it out yet? If it's on CMT top 20 video countdown, shouldn't it be out now? Just hoping. Where is the Dixie Tavern...I want to go to see if Alan may be there...LOL

On CMT website, I found a link for Zac Brown and it played a few seconds of the video for "As She's Walking Away". There was a necklace in the water and someone picks it up, and a girl is walking away...that's it.
