Oh My! I am so sorry to hear that Harriet has pneumonia..I know she thinks she will never get well but Let's send Prayers up for Harriet especially now.. so sorry..pneumonia if they get to it early on, the can give treatments and make progress.
My mom had it several times and recovered. So let's not think the worst and keep our Prayers going up for her.
God Bless you BHR and byo Elaine.. I had been wondering how she was..Thanks BHR for keeping us updated, appreciate it..

Prayers for you regarding the pneumonia. Get well soon !!!
AND just while you're trying to recover from your rotator cuff surgery.
Bless your heart !!
I had that surgery on 9/9/09 and I have recovered. I faithfully did my exercises and went to Physical Therapy. The Dr. allowed me to go snow skiing in Mid January.

FOLLOW-UP UPDATE: I have just received a response to my email from Harriet's husband and here's what he had to say:
'Thank you so much for asking and thinking about Harriet.
Last Saturday she had a temperature of 101, 102, 103 and even 104.
This continued through Sunday. Her blood pressure dropped to 70/40.
On Monday we took her to the doctor. They took x-Rays which showed
that she needed to see a lung specialist. On Tuesday the specialist told us she had
pneumonia and that she needs to be admitted to the hospital.
She really had a rough few days. Today she feels a lot better.
I will mention your email to her tomorrow.
Again, thanks for caring and asking.
God bless."

You may use it to send email to Harriet's husband for any messages you wish to be given to Harriet. VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE - PLEASE READ: I have just received the message below from Harriet's husband. The news is not good. She had another set back. Please keep the prayers going.
"This is to tell you that Harriet has a new problem,
a complication called empyema, an infection in her
lung with fluid that is hard to get out. She talked to
her thoracic surgeon today and having surgery tomorrow,
Thursday the 14TH at Saint Joseph Hospital.
God bless."
Again, if you don't have Harriet's email and you wish to send her one, please email or PM me. Her husband will give/read her your messages. Now, I really wish we live close to each other.
Harriet, you're continously in my thoughts and prayers. Godspeed and get well soon. We all miss you here.
