Sharon, I think mine is still good until 2016!! LOL
The reason I got a passport, I had planned on going to see a friend who was teaching in Europe for two years, but the plans never worked out.  I need to use it, or my money will be wasted.
Wouldn't that be fun to see A. J. in Europe???

Mine is still good  and I really liked Europe when I was there...The worst part is cost of living for every dollar it was 68cents more like 1.68 for every dollar...But it was nice.

Elaine, I hope you are ok. I'm battling a sore throat today.

Yes, sad to say we do have to have a Passport to come to Canada. it changed in 2009 I think.. we were in Canada when
our children were home & didn't..
Take care,

I hate to be the party downer here, but as much as I like to see Alan do another European tour, I think if he does another overseas tour this fall it should be in Australia. A lot, if not all, of his Australian fans felt let down and very disappointed when he did the concert tour in Norway and Sweden regions last fall. His response to the question in an interview he did on a local radio station there (via phone, I believe, while he was touring Canada) of whether he'll be doing a concert tour in Australia that sounded like he was implying that he might, raised all kind of rumors there of his impending concert tour there and hopes that were dashed away in an instant when his Norway/Sweden concert tour came to light even before it was officially announced. I'm sure you all still remember our Aussie friends here and the other Aussie AJ fans who all posted on the previous board and this one too asking Alan to do a concert tour in their country and likewise shared their much disappointments that Alan did the Norway/Sweden tour but didn't do one in Australia.

So, how about it, Alan? Surprise your fans in Australia and PLEASE do a concert tour there this fall. On their behalf. . .THANK YOU!

Jeri, I appreciate your response to my post. But let me just set the record straight here. I think you misunerstood what I said. I was just re-stating what the Aussie AJ fans has said on their posts on the previous board and this forum. That statement did not come from me, personally. Yes, I think I do still remember my geography so I do understand what you were saying regarding the travel distances. But, again, I was just pointing out the sentiments of the Aussie AJ fans who posted here and the previous board in this regard. And, by the way, the interview that I mentioned was done months before the word leaked out that Alan is doing a concert tour in Norway and Sweden last fall and this is why there was such a tremendous reaction of disappointments amongst AJ fans there. . .understandably so. If I had been one of them, after hearing Alan's interview and then the rumors that followed, I think I would be very disapponted and disgruntled too. So, all I'm saying is, IF Alan is going to do an overseas tour this fall, it would really be nice if he do it in Australia for the benefit of his Aussie fans who has been awaiting for a long time to see him in concert there.
