Alan Jackson's Hard-Working Video
The video for Alan Jackson's new single, "Hard Hat And A Hammer," features a bunch of footage of hard-working American men and woman. In the song, Alan says "God bless the working man," so director Theresa Wingert crossed the Southeast with camera in hand to capture men and women on construction sites, in mines, at fire stations, and in restaurants, to name a few, to star with Alan in the new video.

Following is a list of all the locations featured in the "Hard Hat And A Hammer" video:
Rock Slide, TN
Stilhouse Mining, Benham, KY
Yeehaw Industries (printing press), Knoxville, TN
Domtar Paper Mill, Kingsport, TN
Goldens On The Square, Newnan, GA
Royale Cafe, Columbus, GA
Golden Foundry, Columbus, GA
All State Port Authority, Mobile, AL
Shipyard in Bayou La Batre, AL
TRR Railroad, Mobile, AL
Farmers Market, Nashville, TN
Nashville Fire Station #16
Johnsons Hardware, Nashville, TN
Nashville Yellow Cab
Nashville Intercity Ministry
Bar-B-Cutie, Nashville, TN

The video will debut on CMT on Friday (June 18th).

The song is featured on Alan's latest CD, Freight Train.

Billboard recently named Alan in the Top Five of the Top 25 country artists of the last 25 years.

Freight Train is Alan's 18th career album.

I recognized "Goldens" southern cooking, Newnan.. also the the "farmers market" in N'ville
I was wondering why they didn't use the ole Printing press in Nashville, then I remembered the flood. I hope it was't damaged.

Thank you Beth for all the info.    Thank you Jeri for the video.  I think it is great and so is the song.  I just love the way he sings.   There is no one like him and he writes them too.   Take Care both of you and have a nice weekend.    nelle

I think the video is great! It's wonderful that actual working people are depicted, on the job!
Way to go Alan!
