I had purchased my tickets as soon as they went on sale for this show, thru the preferred seating option. I know that I am to pick the tickets up the day of the show, but I am getting a little worried. Just wondered if anyone has ever had any issues with getting their tickets? Maybe I'm being a little paranoid, but knowing my luck they won't show up. Also does anyone know how early in the day they will be available for pick up?

Since someone from the road crew handles this for the fan club, I think it would be after 3 pm...but each venue is different.
I know with other singers, I have been able to get them after 3 pm... So, overall, I'd suggest you contact the venue.
I know the fc told me with the m&g pass, that it would be there about an hr before the show. That was really cutting it close for us in April as we had m&g passes with the other two singers, plus we had to get our AJ tix and my AJ m&g pass.

My experience is that you can pick up tickets purchased through the fan club after 3:00 p.m. on the day on the concert while Meet and Greet passes are not available until one hour before the concert.

Every venue could be different, so I would look up the site through ticketmasters and see when the will call is open.
I got my tickets one hour before the Concert. Be sure to tell them you have Alan Jackson Fan Club tickets and take an Email with you that your confirmation is on. Print it.Just in case you need it. My M & G was right after the opening Singer performed. They tell you where to go for your Meet and Greet and when also.. Enjoy it ! Jerrie-- You seem so cool, I was in shock ha! Meeting my favorite Country Singer that I had admired his work , for years..

Thanks guys, but is there a difference between confirmation number and an order number? I have printed out where it shows that I ordered my tickets, but all I see on it is my order number.

I am going to the Lexington show also.
I was in Lexington today. Wish I could have gone ahead and picked the tickets up.
Once when seeing Alan in Lexington,we were downstairs in the bar before the show. The local radio station,WBUL,was there. They were doing give aways including a pair of front row seats.
I haven't received an email saying I have a M&G. Was SO hoping for one.

Yeah we are planning on getting there early to maybe have some kind of luck like that. Do you know where your seats are yet?
