Thanks for the nice review PERL, it was great! I know how tiring it is after a concert & driving back.. but well worth it!

Congrats to All who got to see Alan.. I agree it's hard to sit and not stand during Alan's concerts..I'm tall and if someone
ask me nicely to sit, I do but I usually just move to the side a bit where they can see. I can tell you it is aggravating to pay for front row seats to not see well, just one time at the Grand Ole Opry, we had our feet stepped on and view blocked where we could not see Alan ..nor could we make photos. This was not AJ Fanclub tickets...I have always gotten good seats at AJ's Concert FC seats..I love about row 2 or 3 center isle and got close a few times. People do often get up and dance at some venue's but some it doesn't seem appropriate, it depends on the Venue..I stand and yell and my husband
will not..ha! I just love to stand and enjoy the Music and I usually lose my voice from yelling. My husband does get up to make photos, at my insistence. He likes to sit and listen.. Love to speak with some of the Fans who are as excited as I am.
I usually sit with my husband & not wander around, but that's just me. At least Terry does , so we got to meet her & talk.
Each concert is so great, you can't wait to see Alan again the moment you leave..Right? ha Alan and his marvelous Band are very addictive..I miss going to see them already , so much! I enjoy seeing others dance and enjoy themselves, but stay off my feet please.. haha! Alan's Fans are so nice, this hasn't been a problem but once for us.

I agree - The Manchester show was amazing!  He's amazing.  I hope he comes back this way soon!  His music is the best and he has such grace and talent!

PS:  I was in the front row although not waiving hands around and trying not to block the view for others.  However when I was taking pictures for others in the rows behind me I didn't have a choice but to walk back and forth.  I understand what you are saying though due to some in that section however how can you sit and not Dance when Alan is playing  Smiley.  I couldn't help myself....

I haven't been back for a week or so and just read about AJ selling his mansion.  We had the privilge of seeing his house on a tour of Nashville last August.

As for the standing and the dancing, I have no problem with that unless you are 6 feet tall.  It is the WAVING OF THE HANDS OVER THE HEAD THE ENTIRE TIME,that personally bothers me.  However, I must say, I got over it and concentrated on the beautiful sight up on the stage.  I would not change my seat for anything, and I would have stood and danced too except for the people behind me were even older than me. So next concert , would love the same seats , it was fantastic.  Made me a fan for life.

nice that you saw the house and like all of us Fans, the minute you leave Alan in Concert, you want to go back.
Lots of nice Memories. Thanks for sharing , Don't forget to send in your review to Cindy if you like.
I always enjoy anyone posting things we all have done.. or seen.
