I didn't know where to post this or how to send this the fan club!
I preordered Alan's new Frieght Train cd back in Feb. and I still haven't received it yet and I keep checking and it saids it has been shipped and I stated checking about two weeks ago!
I wondering should I have received it by now?
How long does it take to ship from Nashville to Michigan?

I think you need to call the Fan Club to let them know that you have not received the CD. I received mine the day before the official release date. You should have received yours way before now!

I live in Michigan and I got my pre-ordered CD on the 29th of April. There is something wrong in the mail and yours could have gotten lost. Write to Cindy at the Fan Club Office. Maybe she can track it or get you another one. You can also write to Customer Service at the Alan Store. Something has happened to it. They don't mind helping you out. They are very cooperative about correcting mistakes that are no one's fault.

I too have the same problem..
I ordered the Alan star replica 3 weeks ago and when I checked on my account it said it has been shipped but I still haven't received it till now. I live in Holland and have ordered lots of AJ things before but never experienced something like this.. Cindy can you clarify this?

I to ordered the stars, My account said shipped over a week ago. I got my stars in the mail today. Iam very happy they look real great.

Hey everybody an update!
I did send an email to Cindy and she sent me an email back that said she checked that it should've been here in March and they are shipping me a new one since I didn't get the last one!
Hopefully it will be here soon!

Thanks for reminding me,
I had not gotten Alan's Star & shirt order either and usually do right away, so this week it came I love the shirt and Alan's Star also! I wrote Cindy, this has never happened to me before. I just figured with all the Flooding in N'ville , they were overloaded with work etc..
I got Alan's Pre-order CD "Freight Train" weeks ago and love it! I love all the songs on the new one! I had ordered the shirt to match the cover later and Alan's Star..It came this week , Love it!
