HeyYa'll just got back from the FortWayne show! Very awesome seems not to justify it! Had such a great time only after I nearly have a heart problem when they say at will call..u have no front row seats! What? Thank GOD I printed out the email from Cindy! They had to get on the horn and AJs manager I think came to give me the tickets..whew whew! Anyways then get my folks down their to their seats and they are fussing there..oh they are the front row!gezzzz anyways;) Chris was pretty good the boy has some musical power;) josh was a cutie;) love his voice and upbeat songs! He did great walkin with a sprained ankel. Then comes the MAN Alan!! Loved the fright train track back drop. SO Many songs!! His voice sounded perhaps a bit tired but hello who can help that he still had allll smiles for the crowd! Loved the sit down part playin the older ones and talking..wish people would be quite when he was talkin! Respect?! Ha. Anyways.. Lots of pics a flyin! BEST of all watchin my folks get to see him that close!! Dad was the only guy in the front row with his old school AJ hat on that Alan did sign at the end! THANKU AJ for taking that time!! Gosh there was so much I wanted to say.. But tonight is one I will always hold with me! Hope everyone else had a grand time! Thanks to the fanclub!

Dee( if I may call you that)

Sounds like your night started off abit unusual. It was a great idea you had to print your Email Indeed.. I did that even out in the MS Country when I got my M & G, I could not  believe it was real, so I went by a library in the closest town and printed it. My hubby's work Laptop was all I had in the Country ha! I think everyone should do that, just in case.. always make sure to tell them you have Alan Jackson Fan Club Tickets at Will Call, in case they have to look for AJ FanClub ones.
Sounds like your Dad had a good time plus got his Hat signed, that is great your Folks had a good time! Lots never get things signed..so He was lucky.. Alan may be getting a bit tired , after all the dates etc. Those guys really work..
So glad you had a wonderful time after all. You will never forget that memory with your Folks! Treasure it!
Thanks for your Review!

CowgirlDee, glad you had your print out sheet, I would have been ready to pass out too, if they told me I didn't have tickets. Nice review, cute about your Dad. Alan is so nice to everyone.  I'll bet by last night he voice was tired, think that was the 4th concert four night straight.

Betty, glad you had a good time too, you are going to wear Gracie out with all those concerts. Did that make 4 in a row for you?  It was nice seeing you in Evansville, Tell Walter he missed seeing me. HA!

Thank you, CowgirlDee for coming back and sharing your experiences with us.
I am so thrilled for your parents to see Alan in action and have an autograph to
treasure, too.  aieeeeeeeeeeee

Yes, always print out whatever emails you recv from the fan club(s).  You never
know...and did you see where my concert ticket blew away... 5 mins before the
door opened for the Champaign show?!  I kept at them until they satisfied my
mind... I tellll ya!  LOL

I wish all Will Call windows were Inside the venues. This one in IL is not and
once you are inside, you can't go back outside.  Maybe if things had calmed down
inside, I might have been able to get a guard to escort me to Will Call.... I didn't
need it...but was so concerned beforehand about what time the AJ m&g pass would
be made available there. Whew! It was there when we were about 15 mins before
the doors opened.

Dee, I saw your dad, you were on the other end from us.  Betty, you must have been the ones who had our seats when we got there.  What a special night for you and your granddaughter.  It was a great show and we had a great time too.  Thanks to Cindy and the fan club office for all that they do for the fans, even if they are the best fans in the world.  Leslie.

Just want to add my 2 cents to Dee's great review.  We had 2nd row just left of center as you face the stage.
Alan was awesome again!  Relaxed, happy, and chattier in this series of concerts than I've ever seen him.   He wore holey jeans and a light green western shirts with a flower design on the shoulder plackets.  I didn't keep track of how many songs he sang (sorry) but he did alot of his great hits.  He did Blues Man during the "stool" part of the show and on the way home my grandson said that was his favorite song from the show.   We had a great time watching Alan and the band and watching our grandsons take it all in.  priceless!  Of course our little men were on the big screens during Little Bitty and when it was over Alan came to the edge of the stage and tossed a pick right to our Mitchell.  He was so excited.  Earlier our Miciah got one of the few picks Josh Turner threw out so they were both happy.  Alan also sang Small Town Southen Man and at the end of the song my husband was on the screen representing the small town Indiana man as Alan changed the words.  During the show Alan was doing his many walks across the stage throwing picks out and as he was heading back to center stage I held my hands up cupping them and I swear he winked at me and tossed the pick right to me.  It bounced off my hand to the floor and as I was bent down to pick it up this young cowboy behind me lunged across the seats and tried to take it and I screamed "Cut it out!"  I must have sounded demented 'cause he backed off and apologised real fast.  Then a little later that young man and his friend were escorted from the seats by security.  They were really supposed to be several rows back..  After Alan left the stage the first time several people who were around the stage left so I quickly scooted up there and waited 'cause I knew he would be back for the encore.  This was when the played Where I Come From  and then Great Balls of Fire.  Oh girls Alan does it so well too.  It's so exciting to hear him throw in something different.  Alan signed lots of autographs and I was thinking I would just reach up my hand and maybe he would touch me but then I remembered I had my ticket in my pocket so I stood on tip toe (I'm only 5'1") and reached my ticket up as high as I could and YEEHAW I got the autograph and a close up look at that beautiful face when he bent down to me!  I was in heaven!
