Hello, AJ Friends. Doing pretty well here- had a bad day yesterday but much better today. I can see Hard Hat & a Hammer making progress on Mediabase but they moved the Mediabase headquarters from LA to Texas so it's been down for a couple of days. HARRIET my favorite local station played it for me twice now... I hope it keeps up.
Sharon- They will not know if there is a rotator cuff tear until they do an MRI. I kind of wish he would go ahead & do it but he wants to wait 6 more weeks.
Jeri- I'm no Spring Chicken either & this problem with balance has almost got me afraid to go anywhere by myself. This morning I was just making up the bed & almost fell.
Elaine- glad your migraines are infrequent. My Mom's migraines lessened as she got older & finally went away.
Happy Memorial Day to All & we will remember all those who served our country.
Harriet,
I hope you feel better hon, when I told my husband about your possibility of a rotator cuff tear, He said since my bil had that, YOU would be in terrible pain still now.. Sorry you are still dizzy, might better go back or you might fall and do more
damage.. Harriet that is why I was in mayo.. Dizzy and could not walk . They did some kind of balance thing on me and I have not had vertigo since.. cost us a bit extra but if you go in emergency and say you can't walk for dizziness , they might run an mri & find out..I took dramamine chewables until hubby could drive me to the hospital.. they work for emergency.. can get them in any drugstore. They are used for air sickness usually..
Elaine my mother had migraines bad, they do run in families. I had them some but not bad . I had the eye warnings and usually took something for them. Mom took shots , hers were so bad..
Harriet be careful and do not fall again. You don't want to spilt your head open like I did . I stayed in the hospital 4 days..
this was after Mom died too. Thank God I survived all this and more, but God carried me... during my husband's illiness for sure. He is better and I feel better , so things are looking better..My son hasn't got much help from Fema and others did.
I will take that one day at a time & not worry. People have sent us so many Graduation cards ,we may not be able to ever retire now. LOL... They seem to come all in the same year, & some None at all. So proud for all of them , however..
Yes! Harriet, Thanks for serving to ALL veterans and those who serve today, men and women!
Salute~ GOD'S BLESSINGS TO ALL OUR MILITARY AND THANK YOU FOR SERVING!
I WILL HAVE TO SAY THANKS TO MY HUSBAND< HE WAS IN SIAGON , During the draft!
