Alan's video, It's Just That Way is not on the list. Someone must have goofed over there. His video was moving up so it shouldn't have been removed. Frustrating. Anyone have connections or know how to get it back on?  ? |

Sue and everyone else voting at GAC's Top 20 Countdown, I found the following info from GAC site:Why did one of my favorite videos suddenly drop of the Top 20 voting ballot?Each week GAC offers fans a total of 45 videos to vote on for the Top 20. GAC receives several new videos every week. In order to keep the list of videos fresh and up to date each week, we have to drop some of the older videos from the ballot. This decision is based primarily on how long the video has been on the ballot and not on how popular the video may or may not be at the time. Our goal is to keep a fresh and diverse mix of videos available for fans to vote on throughout the year!Send feedback/comments to: [email protected]BHR

I Do Not think the video is old, but maybe GAC does. I am amazed on CMT that Kevin Costner is still on their list. Must be a lot of voters for him, eh?

BHR and suem I Emailed them to Please put IT'S JUST THAT WAY by ALAN Jackson back on the list. It was moving up and it is not old. The CD just came out March 30. This is not fair and you are known for being fair. Thank you for your time. It might be stupid of me but, thank you BHR for the address. I just had to say something, when something is so unfair. I just emailed customer service. The video has not been on more than a month or so and was moving up the charts a bit. Makes no sense to me. I know Nan is in love with Blake. Drives me crazy.
