Manchester, NH ticket sale

When do these tickets go on sale and is there a presale for fan club members.  Sorry about my ignorance . Appreciate the help.

Go to the Tour page, scroll down to Manchester, NH and click 'MORE'.  This is what it states:

**Preferred Seating Available - 3/19/2010 thru 3/25/2010

Meet & Greet and Front Row Ticket Sign Up available until 05/02/10.

AJ thanks,  I did join.  I just don't know how to purchase the tickets here or when they go on sale.  I think it might be the 3-19 because there is a date listed on the site but it does not say that is the date tickets go on sale.
