I joinded in 2004. Sinds i saw Alan singing "Where were you ..." on the CMA Awards that year.

Oh nooooooooooo! I'm a 'Newbie' again. I only just lost that infamous title and now I'm back to square one again. Sob! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who have kept your old names! At least I know I'm amongst all my friends again. If you can all find your way around I'll be able to as well.
I've been a member of Alan's fan club since mid 2007 and I've been a fan since the first day I ever heard Alan sing. That would have been in 2004 when his 'What I Do' album was released.
The first songs he ever sang that made me fall in love with his voice were 'WWYWTWST', followed by 'Remember When' which I think he wrote just for my hubby and me, LOL. He must have been looking over our shoulders over the years to have chosen those words so accurately.

I fell in love with Alan when I got satelite tv in 2005 and saw the Remember When video for the 1st time. Joined the fan club within the month of that. It was a whirlwind catching up with all his music that year. What a ride!

I became a fan with "Five o'clock Somewhere and then "Too Much a Good Thing". I went to my first concert in Jacksonville in 2004 and joined the Fan Club in 2006 before my next concert. I'm about to go to #7 and then #8 in October. Wasted too many years before loving Country music!

I have been a fan since "Here in the Real World", "Chattahoochee", etc. but didn't join the fan club till 2-3 years ago after he released LROAR..tha one put me over the edge as a fan :-) Haven't looked back since!!!!

I've been an AJ fan for probably 10 years and in the fan club for eight. I've got great seats once again for his upcoming show in November. :-)

I have been a big fan of Alan Jackson's for 2-3 years. I previously listened to only pop or contemporary music and then "I converted"! I am a big fan that came over from the "dark side". I can tell you that I will be a country music fan for the rest of my life. I have been touched by so many of the songs Alan has written and sang. I joined the fan club this year! (Cindy is the best!) The more I learn about Alan as an individual person, the more I like him as an artist-he is real! I am in Las Vegas, heading back to Idaho. Came down for the concert last night. Jules

Hi my name Keely and I am from Ontario,Canada. I have been a fan since 1995. My first concert that I went was in 1996 at the Molson Amphi Theatre in Toronto,Ontario. The next one is in 2000 at the Copps Coliseum in Hamiliton, Ontario. The next one is in 2006 at the Enterainment Centre in Casino Rama,Ontario. And the last one is in 2008 at the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario. I joined going to Alan Jackson concerts.

I have always liked all of Alan's music, but only been a member of the fan club since 2007. I was really moved to join the fan club after reading Denise's book. My husband and I have really enjoyed going to his concerts and me having a M&G this year!

I've been a fan since I first heard his music in about 1997. I had gotten away from country music for awhile just because it didn't seem very country anymore and then my husband said "but just listen to this guy" (meaning AJ) I was immediately a fan. I joined the fan club in 2000 and have seen him in concert 8 times.

I have been a Fan since Alan's "High Mileage" Days! I think I joined the Fanclub in 2002, but not exactly sure. I know" WWY"
really made me stop & listen to his Voice and message. I grew to love all his work.
When my sister lived in Fayetteville, GA, she drove me by Alan's parents street and said " that is where a Country Music star lives.
I remember asking who and she said "Alan Jackson." She said "He grew up poor like us, why aren't we rich like he will be" lol
I realized we didn't have his talent, for that great Voice!

I've been in the Fan Club since 2004 at least. But I've been a fan since Day 1!!!
I have been a fan since Christmas of 1992. Alan was singing, "All I want for Christmas is you." I went country then and there. |
