CMA: "Forever Country - Artists Of Then, Now & Forever"

The CMA organization is releasing a CD (single) and Musc Video called, "FOREVER COUNTRY - ARTISTS OF THEN, NOW & FOREVER", a tribute project comprised of 30 artists from the past and present in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the CMA Awards. Among those artists participating that has already been announced are Alan and Randy Travis. The CD (single) will be released Sept. 16 and the Musc Video will be out on Sept. 20. If any you all have not heard or didn't hear the new CMA tribute project single, "FOREVER COUNTRY" played on the country radio this morning, you can listen to an audio clip of it from theboot.com & tasteofcountry.com , among few other country music websites. Below is the link for the Nash Country Daily's (formerly Country Weekly) web page on this single. The page, along with the audio clip, includes the lyrics to the single the way the 3 songs they used (Take Me Home Country Road b John Denver, On the Road Again by Willie Nelson & I Will Always Love You by Dolly Parton) were mashed up together and which artist sang which line. You can also listen to the audio clip from iTune and purchase it (download) from there too (it's better to listen to it from iTunes). The song actually sound pretty good, but, don't take my word for it. Go give it a listen and see what you think of it. I do have one problem with it, though. Seems like the so called "NEW COUNTRY" artists of today are more "highlighted" or have more lines to sing than the legendary and REAL country music artists in the group. Oh. . .well.

they played the video and song on dancing with the stars last week on Tuesday night the night of the first to get voted off    I saw alan a lot on the video that night
