In addition to Country,I also enjoy Bluegrass & Southern Gospel music.

Well,I was just listening to Enlighten,on SiriusXM Sattelite radio, which plays Southern Gospel,
and they played Alan's "Standing On The Promises".

This station has played gospel songs by Alan before,as well as gospel songs from Loretta Lynn,Joey & Rory and Tennessee Ernie ford.

And,of course, they play Southern gospel groups too. It's on SiriusXM Channel 65.

Just wanted to share with y'all it's great to hear Alan's gospel songs on the radio. Smiley

I play Alan's Precious Memories DVD and use it for prayer every morning.  I feel so peaceful when it is done.
Try it.  It's wonderful.

God Bless Alan for doing that album.

Suzanne", if I may call you this,

Yes, "Suzanne", Alan did the first one for  his Dear Mother, but I took one to my Mom  before she passed @ 92 years & mentally sharp too... She loved hearing those songs. We used to sing some of them at our Country Church in MS. She tried to sing along w/Alan even ha! such sweet memories. Mom thought it was
my sisters' Son, that made the DVD for her.ha! He had just graduated Seminary(sp?) and Alan's voice did sound like him a lot ha!So many people love his songs and I'm so glad he did these beautiful Songs!

Take care & God bless, Jerrie(HomeTown MS)
