I ordered the dvd from the red rocks   in Colorado     the 25th anniversary dvd     got it Thursday in the mail.     And watched it last night  loved it .    My cable did not have that channel the show was on so when I saw the dvd in the alan website in the store I ordered  it.

Why don't you write to the fan club and ask if you sent a check, would they mail you the DVD.  I bet they would do it.
Ask for Cindy.  She's the brainy and cute one.  I have not met them all.  They are all very nice and I get wonderful treatment but I find Cindy to be very special and goes out of her way to help any way she can.
