WHERE IS THE PRESALE CODE???????????????

There is not a code listen on the site when I'm logged in.  It's through ticketmaster and it needs a code.

I can't get any help.  The preferred seating tab Shows the concerts that are on presale.  Neither of them have a presale code listed.  I need the code for Lincoln Ne.  You can not get tickets on Ticketmaster without a code.  Does anyone monitor this site?

when tickets go on presale  pull down the tour on the page and if neede a password for the sale they usally tell you on the tour page

on the bottom on the tour page on alan site  look at the pull down the the  venue you want to go to and usally the pass word for the presale is there

Sorry you had problems. After having signed on this site as a Fan Myself,
I always look under FAQ and it tells you all you need to know about codes etc..Just click it and it will scroll out.. I hope this helps. Jeri_MS

got my tickets for the Raleigh show in October.  Can't wait!   First time.

Pretty bummed here.  Alan has not been close to this area in 2 years.  Not sure how that is sharing his 25 years with his east coast fans of 25 years around Phila.  But finally something a few hours away in VA and I could not get tickets because I couldn't find the code.   
Very disappointed and sad.

Lincoln show has been up for some time now.  You would not have access to a pre-sale this late in the game.  FC does need much improvement with notifying, as far as possible, in advance via email to all members to advise of pre-sales.  Typically, these are only for a short time, which is why we need ample notice.  Often to see a concert, we must have it be a a $ convenient time, and arrange time off from work, maybe skip other or rearrange other plans, etc.
