Ticket pick up at the Fraze

I tried to pick up my tickets that I purchased at the Fraze this past weekend and was told that the Alan Jackson Fan Club did not send them yet.  Would someone be kind to let me know when they are going to be at the Fraze so I can pick them up before the concert?  Thank you!!!

Usually you pick up your tickets at the box office at the event where you are seeing the concert.  If you need to know when the tickets will be available, I would write to the AJ fan club and ask when they will be available.  In most cases they are not available to you until the day of the concert.

That is hard for me because I am handicapped for standing any length of time and have to have elevators and would much rather they would mail my tickets because it's such a huge venue at Casino Windsor.  But if that's the way they do it, we just have to "go with the flow", regardless of how difficult it is. It's hard for me because my companion (daughter) can't pick them up.  I must do it myself with my ID. 

Enjoy it anyway.  I'm glad you got tickets.

Thank you for all of your help!  This is my first time picking up tickets.  My 76 year old Mom is soo excited to see Alan!  She just saw the Oak Ridge Boys!  She sure has a social life thanks to her kids!

I was at Frazee last night and went to the venue at about 2pm and to the will call , and got my tickets right away with no line and no waiting.We were staying at a nearby hotel so we went back to the hotel, rested and had some dinner then back to the frazee.What a fabulous show and to see Roger again was an added bonus.I just loveAlan Jackson and the Strayhorns.
