I haven't heard of anyone opening for Alan in Tunica.  We're leaving Tuesday for Memphis and will be going to Tunica concert on Thursday night.....am excited to see and hear AJ again!  Haven't seem him since his Carnegie Hall Bluegrass concert in October, which was great!

dee , doesn't it usually say on Alan's website if there is an opening act, even in a casino such as Tunica. So look under the tour site above..
Music 44 be careful in Memphis, some areas are not too safe..but that goes for anywhere..I lived there once.

Jeri, thanks for mentioning being safe in Memphis....Yes, my son had told me one needed to be careful and stay in "safe" areas.   We're here at Peabody Place and feel safe.   Having a good time!  it was very windy driving to Bluesville last night, but had a GREAT time at concert on 4 th row seats.....It's always so exciting to see AJ  and I had not seen the new background sets..... Enjoyed talking to some new AJ fans....some there for their first live AJ concert.   I told them they were in for a treat!   Don't think they were disappointed.  The Strayhorns were wonderful, as usual.....
I just always want Alan to keep on singing and hate to see concert end.  He did his usual set....# 1 hits.  Sang Blues Man and as usual, people loved Where Were You When World Stopped Turning and Remember When......
