Email from Alan that said Happy Thanksgiving

I got a email from Alan to wish ne a Happy Thanksgiving and it had a code AJTHANKYOU for $15.00 free merchandise with this code. I cannot get the code to go in. Has anyone else had this problem?     dffinn2001 from Portland Tenn.
