We just got home from Alan's concert in Costa Mesa and what a great show!!!
Traffic going there was horrible, which I expected due to it being Orange County plus the fair, which is one of the biggest fairs in the country.
I took my sister and my son to their first AJ concert, had wonderful seats (thanks Cindy) They had a blast and my sister now knows why I go to see Alan so much.
No opening performers which was fine with me, meant we didn't have to wait too long to see Alan.
Alan wore a beautiful olive green western shirt with really pretty trim, those wonderful holey jeans, his trademark boots and hat. He opened with GOOD TIME (had to scramble to get my signs out...LOL) and sang all our favorites, ended with Mercury Blues and signing autographs. He didn't sing "Bologna" this time. Alan seemed to really enjoy himself. I got my sister up to the stage and she got a small picture of my meet & greet signed, Monty gave her a pick and the set list. She had such a great time. My son and his friend were thrilled to be so close and sang along with all Alan's songs.
Can't wait for tomorrow night now!!!

Thanks Terry for your post....So glad your sister and your son had such a great time. Wow, a olive green shirt, that had to look great. Can't wait for pictures....(hint, hint) Alan likes to keep you on your toes with those GOOD TIME signs, never know when he's going to play it. I think he gets a big kick out of you scattering around getting them together. LOL ;)Enjoy tonights show.

Sounds like another wonderful time Terry! Too bad you didn't get back up on the stage with the Good Time signs!
The olive green shirt sounds nice. I'm sure it looked good on him!

I have tons of pics from last night if anyone wants any! For some strange reason I cant seem to post them on here.... Anyway, I managed to toss my daugher up on stage with him! Lucky little girl! She was in complete bliss....
