O.K.,pages says tickets on sale at midnight EST.
It is 12:14 am EST and it says "product not availaible".
So,it is CST?
That means I have to stay awake or set an alarm for 45 minutes?
I have to get up at 4am for work.

It was 1am my time,EST.
I got mine ordered within 2 minutes of them going on sale!
I think.LOL
Got them ordered,might be off on the time.
YeeHaw!!
Going to bed now,my alarm is set for 4am.
Good thing I had today off to rest,cuz I won't be worth a hoot tomorrow. Today.

I need HELP, when I go to the store and experiment on purchasing tickets which have already gone on sale, it states "Product not Found."
Now when I get ready to order tickets tonight what do I do if this comes up?

it only says that until they are actually available. even some of the older posting dates will say that because the tickets are no longer available to purchase. it will be all okay tonight when it's time to buy. don't worry, you'll see.

Thanks, but it stated that on the Rosemont, IL tickets. I didn't want them but I was checking out to see what would happen when I order tonight. It shouldn't have stated products not found on that one, right?

Dot, that's really strange. I thought the tickets were supposed to be available 15 days. Maybe the fan club sold out their supply already?

Dot, tickets are only available for 7 days from the day they first went on sale. They won't be sold again after that. For tonight, if you get the "products not available" message, maybe it's just that. . .the site is not set up or ready yet to start the sale, in other words. So, just keep on trying. That's what I did. Do plan, however on staying up later, or even much later than midnight just in case there'll be some problems again like others, me included, have experienced.

Thanks to everyone again,
Maybe tonight at 12:00 or minute or two afterwards I will get to purchase the tickets. Maybe the ones I was experimenting with have already been purchased or whatever.
I may be up all night trying to get tickets but it will be worth the late hours.

I think I messed up too, I wanted two tickets for Evansville, not sure I got but one. Went back in and put all the same infor so maybe I got another tickets. My, my stayed up all night then not sure if I got two tickets...
