Alan is the cherry on my sundae

That's the best way I can describe it, lol.  Yesterday was an amazing day in my life, one I will always remember because I found out I had passed my final CPA exam.  THEN I come to find an email confirming that I won a M&G with Alan for next Saturday!!!!!!!!  I could hardly believe it.  I've never met Alan but have been in love with this man since I was about 9 years old (now 30).  Talk about dream come true...AND to top it off my mom is going to the show with me so will be joining me. AMAZING, back in who knows what year mom & I won backstage passes to John Michael Montgomery, this will be our first similar experience since then (though far far more exciting!).  Honestly, I can almost guarantee speech will not be possible when in his presence, I just hope to keep the shaking to a minimum and not cry till after the picture, lol.  I am already try to make myself relax, he's just a normal guy, etc. etc. - plus he just seems like such a sweet man that he's not super intimidating, but still, I will be a wreck.  Any advice??  How have your M&G's been?

Congratulations on passing your CPA exam AND getting a M&G with Alan!!!!  Just take a deep breath and enjoy the moment - he really is so very nice!!

Hi Linsey.
I lost my thoughts when the moment came and I was walking towards HIM! I recall saying I was in the fan club and loved his music. But I wanted to tell him more and the words were lost. No one has ever made me feel like that. I read from someone else to try and be the last in line at the greeting but I'm sure that wouldn't have helped me find my words. He is the best and it surely made by bucket list! Good luck!
