It is sunny but not as hot as it was

Hello, Friends. I finally found the August Thread. Thanks, Elaine, for starting it. It is hot here but we are used to that in August. I am still enjoying my Lap Top.
Sharon- I thought the whole board was private now & required Fan Club Membership. Has that been changed? Guess I better look around.
And wonder if we will be getting the Smiley Faces to work. They're all red X's now.

Good Morning Y'all,
Harriet, you have to be a platinum member to post here, but ANYONE can read the board. So that's why I said I'll have to be more careful. I really felt safe posting on the Platinum board before.
It's not suppose to rain this morning, but is very overcast. Looks like it's gonna pour any minute.
Not much news here. Our governor's wife has now moved out of the Governor's mansion. I really think the next step is the governor resigning. Don't think he will be very effective from now on.

I agree, I miss the day to day posts and like Sharon said we will just have to be careful since EVERYONE can read it.
I'm in Sacramento but headed to the airport in a couple hours to fly to Vegas.

I'm still not sure how the site works yet and it wont allow me to edit my profile or do a Signature. what I am concerned about most is tickets I already ordered for FL, Hollywood. I never received the info about our seats. can we still write Cindy & where? so confused. being ill doesn't help.
I hope all of you are ok, harriet I received your PM thanks.I hope all is well w/all of you.
I will post more when I figure it all out. I have yet to see Dizzy and I'm concerned about her being able to post.
