Alan in Durant, OK at Choctaw Event Center

The concert was great as always. Alan was top in his performance.  I enjoyed all his songs even if I have been to the last 3 concerts here in Oklahoma:  Tulsa, WinStar Casino, Lawton (Military Base) and Choctaw Event center. 
The concert started out with the statics of what it takes to do great things including the 34 #1 hits.   Great opening.  Played all his great songs including "So you don't live me any more".  We missed "There's a bug in my Margarita".  Some more of the new songs from "Thirty Miles West "  album.  Still love all the Great songs.  Always love you Alan.

I liked it too. I wish that intro to the show was posted on the site somewhere. I like it. I also met Alan, but it was so rushed I didn't ask the question I had for him. I guess it has to be fast to let everybody meet him. I hope he never quits playing the best songs of the past live. He must be sick of those older songs though. I wish Mercury Blues was played through as a full song.

I saw him in Tulsa, WinStar Casino, and Durant. I used to go to a lot of concerts but now I limit it to Alan Jackson, Reba, George Strait, and Charlie Daniels. Without a doubt I will see Alan again in and near Oklahoma many times.

Anyway the question I missed asking him was: "If a person writes a song, does he have to write the fiddle, lead guitar, and so on parts too?" Anybody know that answer?
