I have not purchased tickets before (for preferred seating) and am curious if most venues hold back good seats for this arrangement?  In the info, the fan club states that it's usually rows 2-25.  Another (silly) question is that it states they go on sale midnight on the date they go on sale.  Does this mean midnight (on the night before)?  i.e.---if they go on sale August 24th, can I purchase at midnight on the 23rd?  Thanks in advance for any info you can share.   Smiley

Yes that is correct that depending where you live, check to make sure you are in the same time zone as Nashville, I know I live in Canada and I have to wait until 1:00am as we are an hour ahead.  I have always gotten my seats through the fan club and I usually gets seats either in row 2 or 3.  Don't forget to check and entry for Meet & Greet and also for front row seats.

Hope this helps.

Allison--Thanks for the info!  I actually purchased tix last night for the November 8th show and it was very easy to do.  I'm just bummed that I won't know my row/or seat until the day of the show.   Sad

Thanks for all your Help Allison!  I previously ordered Preferred seating for Alan Jackson's October 28th Concert the day they went on sale!  Also, I registered to win a Meet and Greet Pass to that show also!  However, I hope I did it correct because I tried looking in my Profile and it doesn't show anything, except all my Orders?  So, I hope I did it right or do I have to wait till tomorrow (August 28/2012) and re-register to try & win an AJ Meet & Greet Pass?
Cheers,
Wendy

I ordered preferred seating for the first time and was hoping to get in the first few rows.  I waited a few days after they went on sale because I didn't understand how it worked.  My seats are in row 13 so I am afraid I won't be able to see very well that far back in the floor seats.  i also bought seats in the stands because I was afraid the floor seats would be bad.  Now I have to decide which ones to use and which ones to give to friends.

countrygirl24, the m/g drawing is not until about 1 week before the concert you signed up for.  it will not post anywhere on your account.  If you win you will receive an e-mail from Cindy with instructions on how to collect the pass at the venue.  good luck!

Any seat on the floor in the first 20 rows will be great.  Just a thought --- take some ear plugs in the event that you are very near large speakers and you have sensitive ears --- you don't want that to intrude on a great night of music with Alan Jackson!!!!!

Hi AlanfanBecky, Thanks for the Info. about a M & G !  That would be great if I did win one!  Well, my fingers are still crossed!  I wonder if any Fan already got notified about September 27th or 28th's Meet and Greet?
Cheers!

I always ordered seating from the fanclub and had rows 4 through 13 for the 3 concerts we were at.  There was Pontiac Silverdome, Casino Windsor and Mohegan Sun in CT. with my daughter.  All seats were great and not so close to the stage that you were mobbed by those standing up in front of you.  I have to wait now for Alan to come back to Michigan somewhere with an elevator because I am handicapped.  I will wait and hope I guess.  He is worth waiting for.  We had no trouble with blaring sound.  It was just wonderful!!!!!

Be patient!!!
