Hi Gwen,
in Switzerland we have a company that sells magazines from around the world.
I found something for you. Try to go on "Magazinesky.net" and than the letter"C", then to Country Weekly.
Here is a list with shipments to the USA, Canada and worldwide.
Oh, I found another site, try "e-magazine-subscriptions.com". Then left on the list for Canada, Alphabet "C", then you will find Country Weekly.
I hope it works.
