Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to say a great big THANK YOU to all of you on all the wonderful advice regarding hubby and I going to Nashville for my 50th birthday.  Because of the heat and the meds I take and the heat don't work well together, we are going to postpone until perhaps the fall (OCT).  We are still going away.  Just to Niagara Falls Seneca hotel and casino for a few days.  I reallly appreciate all of you wonderful comments and suggestions.  Alan fan's are the best friends.......YEE HAW............Take good care each and every one of you!

Gwen, that is a smart move. All my trips to Nashville have been in October & November. When I was there in November it was very cold but October is just the right month to go & hope you get to make the trip.

Niagara Falls sounds nice- have not been there.

Dear Gwen, the Niagara Falls are certainly nice, unfortunately I was never there. But it must be very impressive.
I wish you a great trip and hope for you, that you can still travel to Nashville sometimes. I was in March and July in Nashville, but July is too hot !
I wish you a very good time !
Greetings from Switzerland

Gwen, having been in Nashville in the summer myself.  Niagara Falls is a much better choice.  Nashville is very hot and  humid during the summer.  October will be a nice time to visit.  Who knows, maybe you'll win enough to pay for your fall trip. LOL!

Gwen I always get tickets on the west side because you don't have
to sit in the sun as long...since the sun set in the west...This was just a
thought..
