grrrr! why is the ticket purchase page totally blank? I've been trying for the last 15 minutes to buy these tickets! Has anyone else been able to get through?

Tickets were to go on sale at 12am CENTRAL time. Stayed up to 1am and no tickets! What gives. They give you a "preferred tickets" link, but nothing comes up!

still no tickets!!!!!! getting ready to leave for work and won't be able to contact anyone.
I'm very upset. what's up fan club, are we getting preferred seating or not?

Finally got my tickets about 8:00 AM EST!!! I was awake till one waiting to purchase. Feel asleep, then I woke up about every hour trying to purchase tickets. Now I have to struggle to work for ten hours. UGH!!!!!

Got an email at 7:41am said problem is fixed and now working. Got 4 tickets in section E around 8:10, but it didn't give me row or seat numbers. Anyone else buy the "preferred seating for Meadville show and also not get information on what there seats were???

hubby was able to get the tickets when the link finally went live at 8 a.m. our time. We got section D.
Lenny, we will not be told row and seats until we pick up the tickets. This is to keep the tickets from being scalped. But from the venue seating chart it could be anywhere from row 1-10. Love the fan club perks!
