George Jones Ill

Hi everyone, I just heard that George Jones was ill and had to cancel a concert.  Does anyone know how he is doing?

I heard that George had pnemonia which at his

Gwen, this must be what you're talking about. I subscribe to tennessean.com and I also get Breaking News email as well. I have just received one about George Jones being admitted to a Nashville area hospital today with upper respiratory infection for an overnight observation and will be released tomorrow, Friday..

Elaine, you're right, he's 80 years old now and at this age to have any kind of respiratory ailment is not good.
