Alan Jackson and his wife Denise are one of the more famous couples in country music, although until recently she’s mostly stayed behind the scenes. The highschool sweethearts wed in 1979, and it was Denise’s run-in with a famous country star while working as a flight attendant that kick-started his career. They separated briefly in 1998, but later reconciled. Jackson has written a number of songs about that period in his life, and Denise also wrote a book that discusses their troubles called ‘It’s All About Him: Finding the Love of My Life.’ The couple have three daughters.

Thank You so Much for the nice write up about Alan and his wife. I'm sure she has inspired him to write many Songs. I would love it if the New CD had one on it, just for her. Their marriage is so Special and lasting.

Today is a reflection for us also, being married so long and recounting special times. we aren't famous but we have enjoyed so much together, just as I know many of you have your partners. we have done so many things on this special day before, that today, we just reflected on our Blessings.

That's true, Alan and Denise are a dreampair.
Also I cannot deplore myself, with my husband I'm happy married since 19 years and since 28 years together.
And I'm in grateful that he accepts it that Alan's music sounds all day long and Alan's pictures are everywhere in our house, my mobile phone and tshirts and and and.....
