Here goes. My hubby is from the Middle East & when we got married I don't think he had ever seen an American wedding even though he had been here 5 years at that point. When he put the ring on my finger he abruptly dropped my hand. Did not expect that but I guess he didn't know what to do. He also let me buy him a 'Golden Ring' only to wear it a week & then take it off & say he doesn't like to wear jewelry. Actually the only thing he wears is a watch & at home he takes it off & puts it on the coffee table. I said-Why did you let me buy you a ring? He said he thought it had to be a part of the ceremony. These things are funny when I look back.lol |
