Jackson, Brooks visit GAC show on Walk of Fame

Friday, November 18, 2011 – Alan Jackson and Kix Brooks - the newest members of the Music City Walk of Fame on downtown Nashville's Music Mile - will appear on "Masters Series," premiering Monday, Nov. 21at 10 p.m. Eastern on Great American Country.
Viewers will be treated to the induction of the current class that includes Peter Frampton, the late Les Paul, the late Dottie Rambo, Bobby Jones, clothier Manuel, and Nashville news anchor, the late Dan Miller, in addition to Jackson and Brooks. Host Bill Cody chats at length with Jackson, Brooks and Reba McEntire, an inductee since '06; he also talks with Russ Paul, son of late guitar icon Les Paul and Manuel, longtime clothier to the stars.

The walk is a tribute to those from all genres of music that have contributed to the world through song or other industry collaboration and made significant contributions to the music industry.

Thanks Beth!
I got this on Twitter from Alan, I think. Anyway good news & about time! Lots are not on there yet. I really agree w/Alan "that Charlie Pride deserves to be on there too!" we saw him a while back @ the Bridgestone Arena & he was Great! His "Kiss An Angel Good morning"  was a huge hit!  He has aged well

I have some Nashville friends who attended and shared pics.
Sure would have been there if possible, myself!  ; )

So happy
to see Alan giving his speech on here, too.
When he says things are 'Sweet' I get so tickled....
I think that comes from all the female relatives he
lives with, etc.
