I still celebrate Thanksgiving a bit even though I am now from the Detroit area.  I should have gone to
Alan's show in Toronto which is the place of my birth and the concert was on my birthday.  I could not
get anyone to help me travel but had tickets to the Windsor concert on November 4, 2011 and it got cancelled.
All the way around I'm missing Alan but have many recordings and DVD's to last if he continues to tour.

There are no shows till 4/12 so I am hoping that Alan is not ill and will be planning more concerts near me
so that I can see him again.  There is a certain peace that he leaves you with after each concert.  It
makes any inconvenience well worth it.  Music is wonderful medicine don't you think?

Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canadians.  Still love you.

Thanks for all the thanksgiving wishes. Had a great
day. Went to Edmonton. I watched Kelsey play
her first two volley ball games then went to my
sons in Edmonton. Deb cooked us a great dinner.
