Was wondering if anyone else would be attending this show on Sept 21st?  I will be there and was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on how to geet a meet and greet for this show? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I wish I were going. Have fun and good luck if you get to meet Alan. I am still waiting for that opportunity.

I heard there were 10,000 people in the street for last years free concert. I am going to the Opry Tuesday, the 13th, or I would consider going to this other concert. I don't think my husband will go for 2 trips to see Alan in just over a weeks time. LOL

I will be attending the free concert.  2 friends and I planned a Nashville trek
before this concert was mentioned officially.  So, we added that day onto
the other days...  We leave for home the next morning..back to IL.
So sad that our Tues nite Opry will be the day before this concert instead
of this upcoming Tues (13th)!!!!  Can't have it all...  strains of Wanted are
moving about my brain... Wannnnted ...one good hearted woman.  LOL

I'm wondering if they will shuttle the fans from downtown since they are
closing Demonbreun and there isn't parking for 10,000 folks in the concert
area. ; )

Well, the fans will be on their own to attend this free concert
I have learned today thru a facebook situation.
The people who are promoting this have a wall called:
Capitol Street Party and they answered my query about
whether or not there will be shuttle service for the fans.
They will NOT be providing that.   Finding parking is going
to be a real headache...especially with Demonbreun closed
in the area of the concert.
