Anyone having trouble contacting Cindy Hart w/questions & concern???

I've tried on several occasions to contact Cindy Hart via Fan Club and never get a response.  A few years back I did not have this problem, but in the past year or so, my emails go unanswered.

Are other Fan Club Members experiencing the same?

I sent an e-mail today with a question so we will see how long it takes, I have e-mailed and called before and got a reponse no problem.  One night I called and left a message and someone from the fan club called me the next day at work, really nice lady was very polite and answered all my questions.

If there something maybe someone on the fan forum could help you with?
