I just heard Alan and LeAnn singing "Golden Ring" and then Alan singing "He Stopped Loving Her Today". Loved their performance together but honestly when Alan sang " HSLHT " it was totally awesome. WOW is all I could think. He did that song justice for sure. I would love a recording of both. It was pretty odd just listening off the computer, made me think of The Waltons era. LOL  Congratuations to all that had tickets and saw the live version.

Thanks for telling me about the GOO being on GAC October 4.  I'll have to tape it.
It took me a while to figure out was HSLHT meant!  LOL! Wonder if AJ will sing it in Macon?

I Was there and it was indeed awesome! Alan is the only one who could do George's iconic song justice.  He did a superb job with HSLHT. Alan was so well received by those attending the show and received a standing ovation. Denise walked in and sat besides Mr. & Mrs. George Jones in the front row where I say my last time at the Opry. This was an experience I will never forget.
