I'm having a problem...all the info is there but no option to buy...should we be refreshing the page or does that mean we lose our place in line?

They can't be sold out already and they are going on sale tonight, that is what the website says, and they go on sale to the general public at 12pm today. This is so not fair. I paid for this membership to get preferred seating. I shouldn't have to wait all night for them to be available when it says they're available at a certain time. I will be putting in a complaint in the morning.

I read somewhere that they always go on sale at 12 midnight which is 1 our time so time has to be right im pissed stayed up for nothing im glad its a problem not only i am having.
