Thank you everyone for the anniversary greetings and wishes. It had been a wonderful one. The day started with hubby bringing me beakfast in bed (he took the day off). We then went to see the movie, "THOR" with our sons and then capped it with a nice dinner at the restaurant with just the two of us. I would Hve much loved it to have made a trip to Charleston, SC, where we were married, as was originally our plan but with hubby's busy schedule at work. . .his the "boss" now, sort of. . .he was unable to get the week off. That was ok, though. I still enjoyed the way we celebrated our 40 years of marriage.
Ellen, thank you for starting the thread(s) and remembering our anniversary with this and the beautiful surprise anniversary greeting card you sent us.
Jerrie, thanks for the photo. LOVE IT!!!!
Thank you, again, everyone. Hubby sends his thanks to you all too.
