PROCEDURE FOR PICKING UP PREFERRED SEATING TICKETS

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING PREFERRED SEATING GREAT FLOOR SEATS.  I READ YOU NEED YOUR CREDIT CARD
AND PHOTO ID. IS IT THAT EASY OR IS IT A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED. TOMORROW NIGHT AT MOHEGAN SUN
ARENA MY 12TH TIME SEEING HIM AND EVERY CONCERT GETS BETTER & BETTER. YOU CANNOT NEVER GET ENOUGH ALAN!

I pick mine up the day of the Concert,Go like an hour before, to make sure the Box Office will be open. Tell them you are an Alan Jackson Fan and they may ask for your ID # . I print my confiirmation Email in case but never need it.. They have asked for my ID, but not much.. you can use a credit card you ordered it with. They are not that strict..
Enjoy the Concert! I hope this helps. You don't have to have a photo ID or I haven't.. The Alan Jackson Tickets are already there , so they look there first. Usually it's so easy.. for me..Enjoy. I hope this is what you meant..
