Thanks you everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes! Thanks, Gwen, for the cool poem! It wa a good day all around. I took my middle 2 granddaughters to storytime at the library and then to lunch at McDonalds (their pick). Had to work a little and then my oldest son, my DIL and all 4 girls as well as my mom joined my husband and me for dinner and cake and ice cream. All the candles went out in one try thanks to my 4 little helpers! Fortunately none of them have colds at the moment! Missed my youngest son as he is still in dumb old AZ trying to decide if he wants to stay with the girl. If you have to think that hard I say it isn't going to work and get your rear end back home where you belong - but I am just the mom so we will see where that ends up. LOL I do miss him something awful. Thought for sure Alan would announce a Toledo concert date for my BD present but he must have been really busy today....I am sure he will take care of that soon! (Are you listening handsome?  ) So glad Jimmy Buffett is OK - don't need anything happening to him on my day - or any other - I love that guy! |
