I just heard on the radio today that Alan is coming to the GM Centre in Oshawa. Five minutes from my home. That is great. I hope I can get tickets for this. This is the first time he is coming to this Centre. I see he is also having concerts in Sudbury Ontario and Kingston Ontario. I don't know what to do. I won two free tickets last year for the fall review. I am not sure if I want to use it for this show because then I don't know if I can sign up for the meet & greet. Does anyone know if I have to get preferred seating for the meet & greet or can I have purchased tickets from the venue? Also, you can win two front row tickets to see Alan too. If I do that and I do not win, that I would be out of luck. Unless I buy tickets too and give them to someone else, if I win. Has this happened to anyone?

Hi Anita Martina. I have never been in your situation. I would contact Cindy to see what she might know. I am going to get tickets for Oshawa although I am two hours away and you know winter in Canada in February!!!! That is a chance I will have to take. Sorry I cannot help you but please make your decision soon. Good Luck.

AnitaMartina, here's the link to the M&G rules. I don't see it stated there that you have to have to purchase the tickets from the fan club to enter or qualify for the M&G pass. Only that you have ticket(s) to the concert you're entering the M&G contest for to assure that you are going to be there for it as it is non-transferrable.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question about the Front Row Tickets contest. But if you have purchased or acquaired your ticket(s) already from the venue and still want to try out for the front row ticket(s) and you're lucky enough to win them, you can check with the venue's management/website about reselling your ticket(s) to them. If they're like Ticketmaster/Live Nation, they'll help you find a buyer but the time is limited to until when you can do that. My husband and I have done this in the past. That is, I wasn't sure that my order at the fan club went through so my husband and I went ahead and ordered from Ticketmaster too. We received all tickets ordered from both places so we resold the tickets we purchased from Ticketmaster through their tickets resale system. We were allowed only 6 or 7 days to resell them and they will no longer do it after that time period ends.

Thanks Gwen and BHR. Yes I figured that out. But it looks like I can't try for the M&G because I won that last September and now it says I can't until my next membership year . I figured that would be once a year as long as it is past the date of the membersip. But now it must be as long as your membership runs, you can't try until you renew it. What a bummer. It would be nice to win near my home.

I just got tickets for the show on Feb 2, 2011. I got 4 tickets for 2nd row from the front. I am so happy.

which describes it, I think it goes by CALENDAR YEAR.

So it looks like a few of us are going to the Oshawa show. It would be nice to meet some AJ fans before the show.
Gwen - where in the 2nd row are you sitting? I think Bluesman got row 2 and around the 13th.
Is there anyone else who got seats for the Oshawa show?

Anita my sister and I got seat 15 & 16, then my hubby decided to go and got row 3, seat 12. So that's not too bad. We are lucky we are getting to see him early in 2011. Cannot wait!!!

Does anyone know when they let you know if you won the M&G or Front Row tickets? The last time I won the M&G, they let me know a few weeks before. But there is only just two weeks left before the concert. Has anyone heard if they won their M&G or Front Row seats for the Oshawa GM Centre show?
