CMA Country Christmas!

Great Show for lifting the Holiday Spirit! So Happy and Uplifting!

I commend the ones who performed. It was a good mixture of My favorites, old and new..Martina McBride sang the best I have heard her sing, in a very long time. She seemed to stay in the key for her voice and still reach the high notes too and only reaching for the highest, at the end. She just did great! Her english was more polished and not so much of a twang.
I think Country Music can be done with proper english and you enjoy the softness of it much more.Even thought I myself have a real Southern Accent and I tried to have a more refined accent long ago but , I'm just Southern and will keep it.ha

LeAnn Rimes did great, looked great! All of the best of Singers did. I can't mention them all. Kellie Pickler did her jovial
"Santa Baby" , my husband loved that one ha! Sensual but w/Class.
It seemed like we were right in their Living rooms..They shared some of their Special Christmas times. It seemed like mine!

I missed Alan singing his favorite Christams songs, but I got the CD, "Let It Be Christmas" , so I will listen to it, during Christmas. I'm sure he is still resting up from his recent Upper respiratory infection & Laryngitis. Get well to Alan!
The show would have been more complete for me, had Alan been there. Oh Yes! Martina did "O Holy Night" wonderful! btw
