I finally got tickets, but I'm still not impressed with how it all went down.  Not giving out the seat number is crappy...I wouldn't have bought the tickets if they were passed a certain row.  They better be good seats!

The show is still on and tickets are set to go on sale to the general public today, so I don't think anything has changed.  I think someone messed up big time and unfortunately there is not much they will be able to do for us.  We suck, basically.

I'm upset too.  I just sent a nasty complaint.  Celebrities can't treat their fans this way, it's not right.  Alan has lost one fan tonight.

They can't be sold out already and they are going on sale tonight, that is what the website says, and they go on sale to the general public at 12pm today.  This is so not fair.  I paid for this membership to get preferred seating.  I shouldn't have to wait all night for them to be available when it says they're available at a certain time.  I will be putting in a complaint in the morning.

I am having trouble as well.  This is very upsetting as I have no clue when the tickets will become available.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this. I looked briefly at some of the posts and couldn't find my answer.  I just joined today and am wanting to buy preferred seating tomorrow.  It says in the info that the log in info will be separate than the fan club info....where do I get this other log in?
