I'm sure most of you here are wondering what had happened with Nelle and why she has not posted in the forum for a while. I got a bit concerned too so I sent her an email. I have just received a response from her and here's what she said:
" Thank you so much for your kind e-mail. It really filled my eyes with tears, to know that you and everyone is thinking and praying for me. I have sinus congestion since I was a little girl. I am use to the headaches and getting dizzy when I am too congested but now my eyes are being affected more then ever. They feel like they are full of sand and don't want to stay open and the eye lids are all crusted. The light from the computer or TV make it hard to see. I went to the eye Dr. and I don't need new glasses but I bought sunglasses to help with the light.
Thank you for offering if there is anything you can do. A new head would be so great, lol. Take care and a Big Hugs to you and Alan's Angels.

Nelle, you take care of yourself. If I can find you a better head I'll send it on it's way to you. . .LOL! I feel the same way when I'm having sinus allergy attack. Get better soon. We all miss you here. BIG HUGS!

Nelle I am sorry to hear that your sinus is so bad I know it is rough.
I have had sinus also for sometime but never as bad as you are talking about
I will be praying for you I know it is really rough..Hope you get better soon.

Nelle, hope you can find some relief soon, we miss you. I have suffered from allergies all of my life and have heard of a new nasal spray that also helps the eyes. Might want to check with your doctor. Hope you can lick this thing soon and get back to the board.

I AM SICK TODAY TOO WITH ASTHMA, MUST BE THE FLORIDA HUMIDITY WITH THE RAIN COMING.

PS- Nelle, I wanted to tell you, I had sinus surgery in my 20's and since have not had those terrible headaches since. They are terrible and nothing helps much.. You might consider it, it less painfull now than when i had it done.Less invasive.

Hi Everyone I hope you are all well or getting better. I am back to my everyday sinus headaches that I have had since I was seven. I need to live where it is dry, warm and sunny and Staten Island is not that at all. I have been on a couple of trips when it was nice there and I didn't even know I had a head. Now the weather is strange all over. I heard from my Great Niece that she and the Groom had sinus infections and that I think is what I caught. I can only take Tylenol because I had a bleeding ulcer and I needed Advil for the infection in my lids and eyes from the sinus. I would like to thank everyone that was thinking, missing and praying for me. Thank you mar4ae, AJTexasfan, dizzydean, Kathy, Dot, JeanB, Leslie, Brenda, Elaine, Anita, Gwen, Jeri and BHR for her wonderful e-mail. I am always thinking of all of you and knowing you were thinkig about me brought tears to my eyes. Which was a good thing since it helped wash some sand from my eyes.LOL Take Care Love and Hugs to you all. nelle
