Alan’s Good Buddy George Jones Releases New CD
Exclusively at Cracker Barrel

Alan’s good buddy, George Jones just released a new CD, A Collection of My Best Recollection.  Exclusively available at Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores and website, this collection has 12 tracks and features some of George’s most memorable songs, including “White Lightning,” “Finally Friday,” and, of course, Alan’s favorite, “He Stopped Lovin’ Her Today,” which many people consider to be the best country music song of all time. This special CD also includes two songs that have never been released before, “I Don’t Want To Know” and “I’m A Long Gone Daddy.”

So be sure to get your copy (or copies) TODAY and let’s help put THE POSSUM at the Top of the Charts where he ought to be!  And get ‘ya some good Home Cookin’ while you’re there!

Thanks Cindy,
That's good news! I will pick some  up and eat out too, thanks!  You are so right, George Jones has contributed so much to Country Music. I also love "He Stopped Lovn' Her Today"CD Includes Two songs never released, that's great!

Loveless Cafe in Nashville told us "George was one of their best customers." can't say I blame him, love that chicken & biscuits
with family there.
I noted Alan's photo there also!

I will definitely get this one of George Jones. Did anyone see his piece on Sunday Morning TV last Sunday? It was great showing his home and wife.. also some of his outfits in his closet from years ago. Very good visit with George Jones. Thye even played some of his older songs with Tammy Wynette and when they were so popular for years.. great songs.

My husband and I really enjoyed this show. Bob Shaffer was the one who interviewed them in Nashville.
PS-
My! how I wish Alan would be on that show, telling of his career and family, but it would take a whole show.
Denise and Alan should do a book on his career..perhaps while they can remember all the events fresh.
