Just received my copy of Cooking with Paul Deen and the article that Mattie wrote is featured in this issue (May/June 2010).  It's got some great pictures of Alan & Mattie and she did a great job of writing the article - talking about her Dad.  Also a recipe for chocolate cake from Alan's cookbook.  Very nice!

Congratulations Mattie on your article.  You are a true Jackson with great genes from Mom and Dad.  You will do well.  I'm sure you appreciate how fortunate you are to have a family like yours.  They are so lovely, talented and REAL!

I was in the grocery store today and looked in the paula Dean Book
but I did not see anything about Mattie article...

In the People Magazine there was a article about Alan about 10 song that changed his life
I did not see the C.W. with Alan article..

Also what was on the front of Paula Dean

The Cooking with Paula Deen magazine has Paula holding a strawberry pie.  It is the May/June issue.  Mattie's article is under "Celebrity Dish" on page 22.  Hope this helps!!

This is a magazine that Paula puts out every couple of months.  I subscribe to it, so I didn't even look in the stores for it.  Paula's always on the front, so you need to look for the issue, in this case May/June - it should be out there for awhile since it isn't even May yet.
