Are we able to get the 15% Platinum Membership Discount on purchases made on the On-Line Store?  I ordered an item but could not figure out how to obtain that discount.  I tried inserting my membership number in the Discount Code box, but it didn't work.  If anyone has an answer, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

I am not sure but I think you type the PL-number in the comments box.....it is not very intuitive.

I had the same problem when I ordered my calender.  I e-mailed Cindy and found out the "code" to enter is the platinum password and not your PL#.  good luck.

Thanks for your answer!  I just tried to order the calendar and it didn't work to enter the PL# as we used to do.
I was so frustrated!  Now I'll try again!

Check the newsletter at the bottom of Cindy's message for the code & where to put it on the order form. First I'd heard of it - I had the same problem.

OK, thanks for the answers.  I went to the FAQ section and found the code.  However, I had already gone ahead and placed my order since I wanted to make sure that I was able to purchase the Hatch Show Print that Alan will autograph while supplies last.

When I was in Nashville over the Thanksgiving weekend to attend the Opry, I walked down to Broadway to check out some of the honky tonts and browsed around the Hatch Print Shop.
