Please let know Alan's tour director know, not to book the Event Center in PA again. Alot of people were "upgraded" the day of the concert, and when we got there, it was no upgrade. The seats were bad. I had booked tickets in February for the ground level, they "upgraded" me to second level in the back. The concert itself was great as always, but disappointed in the way the event center handled the seating situation. The Sands Casino is not part of the Event Center either. Thank you Alan Jackson, for all your great music!

huh?  didn't you get the tickets through the fan club?  if not that was your 1st mistake.  the seats are always great and no need to "upgrade".  and what do you mean it's not connected to the casino.  you just have to walk through the shops area and up the elevator or escalator, through the food court and there you are in the casino!  all inside and air conditioned.  granted, the box office and will call window are outside the event center with a separate entrance than the casino itself.  There is also a separate parking area if you are only going to the Event Center.   I think this is because the event center can be used by under age attendees while the casino has an age limit of 18.  That makes perfect sense to me.  I liked the venue myself.  A more "intimate" size.

I meant the Event Center is not owned by the Sands Casino. I did have good seats when I purchased my tickets, but it was changed the day of the concert. Also, I was a member of the fan club in Feb. I am now.

We were given incorrect directions by the venue on where to park.  So we were all the way on the other side of the Casino and had to walk a long way to get to the arena. And through smoke-filled rooms.  UGH!   Then we had to go back outside and walk around the hotel before we could even pick up our tickets.  Needless to say we were quite upset when we finally got our tickets at almost 8:30 to find out there was no opening act and we had driven 2 1/2 hours to miss the first half hour of Alan's show.  Sad   We also tried all day to get through on the phone to verify that there was an opening act and the venue's phone line said their mailbox was full.

Still nice to see Alan, but would've liked to have seen the whole show!

The Event Center has alot of work to do in "customer service". I will not go there again for a concert. The casino itself is not bad.
